1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Zetal Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“Zetal”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles personal data when you use our websites, waitlist, applications, and related services including Zea (the “Services”).

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Zetal, we may collect:

• Website and waitlist information such as name, email, company, and messages you submit through Contact or Join Waitlist
• Account information such as name, email, company, and authentication details when accounts are available
• Conversation-related content such as audio (temporarily), transcripts, notes, live Q&A context, and Loops you create or approve
• Conversation intelligence data such as scorecards and related metrics derived from conversations you process with Zea
• Connected-app data you authorize, such as calendar events, CRM records, docs, messaging threads, and other knowledge sources
• Usage and device information such as product interactions, log data, IP address, and browser type
• Support and communication content when you contact us

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Operate the website, waitlist, and product communications
• Provide briefs, live answers, transcripts, notes, conversation intelligence, and Loops
• Connect and sync context from tools you authorize so Zea can bring memory into conversations
• Operate, secure, and improve the Services
• Authenticate users and manage accounts when available
• Communicate about the product, security, and support
• Comply with legal obligations

4. AI processing and training

Zea uses AI to generate product features for you, such as live answers, notes, insights, and draft Loops, based on sources you approve.

Your conversations and Customer Content are never used to train any AI model. We work with AI providers under settings and contracts intended to keep your data out of model training.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising networks.

We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us host, process, secure, or support the Services under contractual obligations
• Third-party integrations you connect, as needed to fulfill your requests
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate protections

6. Retention

Raw audio is deleted once transcribed. Transcripts, notes, and related conversation data are kept until you delete them or close your account, unless a longer period is required for legal or security reasons.

When you request account deletion, Zetal begins deleting your personal data from active systems within 7 days, and encrypted backup copies are permanently purged within 30 days, unless we must retain information longer for legal or security reasons.

Waitlist and contact records are retained as needed to respond to you and operate our early-access program, and may be deleted on request where applicable law requires.

7. Security

We protect data in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher and encrypt data at rest (including AES-256 where applicable). Platform access is controlled and monitored, and production access requires multi-factor authentication.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. We work to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage some data in-product when available, or by contacting us through the Contact page.

You can disconnect integrations and delete transcripts or notes where the product allows.

9. International transfers

We may process information in countries other than where you live. When we do, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a revised effective date and, when changes are material, provide additional notice when appropriate.
