Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Zetal and Zea. Please read them carefully before using our website or product.
Effective October 27, 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using Zetal Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“Zetal”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our websites, applications, waitlist, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. The Services
Zetal provides Zea, an AI assistant for important conversations. Zea is designed to brief you before meetings, take notes, answer questions live during conversations, and draft follow-ups and commitments (“Loops”) for your review.
Depending on your plan and configuration, the Services may support virtual meetings, in-person meetings, and outbound phone calls; live transcripts and assistance; conversation intelligence and scorecards; and connections to tools such as calendars, CRMs, messaging, docs, and other knowledge sources so Zea can bring context into conversations.
Zea is intended to run quietly on your device during calls (including staying hidden when you share or record your screen) and to prepare outputs for your review rather than acting without your approval.
Features may change as we improve the product. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice when practicable. Our public website may describe upcoming or waitlist features that are not yet generally available.
3. Website, waitlist, and early access
You may browse our marketing website and join a waitlist without creating a full product account. Waitlist and contact submissions must use accurate information.
Early access, beta, or waitlist features may be incomplete, change without notice, or be withdrawn. They are provided as-is unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Accounts and eligibility
When accounts are available, you must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Services with a parent or guardian’s consent where required by law.
5. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services, including meeting audio, transcripts, notes, scorecard data, and connected-app data (“Customer Content”).
You grant Zetal a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and operate the Services for you, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have all rights and consents needed to record or capture conversations, submit Customer Content, and connect third-party tools (such as calendar, CRM, meeting platforms, messaging, and knowledge sources), including any notice or consent required by applicable law or your organization.
6. Loops and human approval
Loops prepared by Zea—such as follow-up emails, calendar invites, Slack updates, CRM updates, and similar drafts—remain drafts until you review and approve them. Zetal does not take external actions on your behalf without your approval, except where you explicitly configure an automation and the product makes that clear.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you will not:
- Violate applicable law or third-party rights, including privacy and recording laws
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or related infrastructure
- Upload malware or attempt to reverse engineer the Services except where permitted by law
- Use the Services to build a competing product by systematically scraping or extracting non-public content
- Use Zea outputs to mislead others or to violate confidentiality obligations you owe to third parties
8. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with third-party products (for example meeting platforms, calendars, CRMs, Slack, Notion, Drive, and similar tools). Your use of those products is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Zetal is not responsible for third-party services.
9. AI outputs
Zea uses AI to generate briefs, live answers, notes, conversation intelligence insights, and Loops. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or approving Loops. Do not treat outputs as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
10. Fees and plans
Paid plans, trials, and billing terms, when offered, will be described on our pricing pages, in-product, or in an order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change pricing with notice for renewals.
Until paid plans are generally available, access may be limited to waitlist, demo, or other early-access arrangements we communicate to you.
11. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will use that information only to perform under these Terms and will protect it with reasonable care. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party without duty of confidentiality.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZETAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZETAL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
ZETAL’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ZETAL FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (OR LOCAL EQUIVALENT) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (for example by posting an updated date on this page). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through our Contact page at /contact or to the support email associated with your Zetal account when available.
